Multi-Device Charger

This project was for a customer that needed to charge multiple devices simultaneously. It Uses an off-the-shelf open-frame power supply with a custom machined Delrin top and sheetmetal.

RF Wand

We were asked to design a "wand" that would house a device for reading RF devices. This was 3D printed in three pieces on an Ultimaker S3 FDM printer.

The Cog Spinners

When the fidget spinner craze hit a few years ago, a friend and I decided to make high-end spinners machined from various materials. We used everything from copper to titanium. I was responsible for the designs and he did all of the machining.

Portable Outdoor LED Display

This is a project that was done for a former employer. It is a water-resistant LED display, 1M X 0.5M, that takes an HDMI input to display track & field data.

YETI Adapter Ring

This was a personal project to create an extension for my YETI Colster to allow 22oz. cans to fit. These were 3D printed out of ABS then vapor bathed with acetone to give them the smooth finish you see in the picture.

Portable Data Server

We were tasked with packaging an existing 3U 19" rack-mount data server into something that was portable and easy to transport. We redesigned it to fit into a Pelican style case using custom sheetmetal for the top panel and interior structures.
